Order Changes and Cancellations

If the order has not entered processing, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping
Blimer ships only within the United Kingdom.

Returns and Refund
Returns are accepted within 24 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Refund are processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Blimer does not store your complete payment card information. Payment transactions are handled through Stripe’s secure payment platform.
